Digital Marketing Associate, APAC

We are looking for an early-career digital marketer with 2-3 years of experience to support digital marketing initiatives across APAC. This role combines campaign execution, marketing analytics, AI-assisted content creation, and stakeholder coordination. You will work at the intersection of data, creativity, and emerging technology - contributing to innovative marketing programmes across the region while developing deep expertise in AI-powered marketing workflows.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have worked in consumer digital businesses - e-commerce, fintech, insurtech, consumer apps, or digital-first brands - where pace, experimentation, and customer-centricity are the norm.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign and Channel Execution

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across APAC markets, including paid search, social, display, and messaging channels (WhatsApp, LINE, etc.).
  • Coordinate with country marketing teams, agencies, and regional stakeholders for the rollout of regional pilots and innovation initiatives.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives by collaborating with country teams and partners to drive joint marketing activities and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain campaign tracking, UTM structures, and attribution frameworks to ensure clean performance data.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics: website traffic, engagement, leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance across markets.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports using GA4, Power BI, and other data platforms.
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for country teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and audience segmentation.

AI-Powered Marketing and Content

  • Use AI tools - including Claude (Anthropic), Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini - as daily productivity tools for research, content drafting, briefing, and analysis.
  • Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, Sora) to create and iterate on marketing assets including images, videos, ad creatives, and content variations.
  • Build and maintain AI-assisted content workflows - prompt libraries, content templates, brand voice guidelines - that allow the team to produce high-quality assets at speed and scale.
  • Stay current on emerging AI marketing tools and proactively recommend new capabilities that improve team output or campaign performance.
  • Support the team in evaluating and adopting new AI platforms as they emerge.

Stakeholder and Agency Coordination

  • Coordinate across APAC market teams, external agencies, and technology partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare clear briefs, status updates, and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, campaign operations, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Power BI, Excel, and at least one major ad platform (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated, daily use of AI tools - Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar - for content creation, research, data analysis, or workflow automation. Ability to write effective prompts and build reusable AI workflows is expected, not aspirational.
  • Experience using generative AI tools for creative production (image, video, or copy generation).
  • Comfortable analysing marketing data and translating insights into recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good design sensibility and visual literacy.

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

  • Experience working in a consumer digital business - e-commerce, insurtech, fintech, consumer app, digital-first brand, or ride-hailing/super-app ecosystem - where you were measured on conversion metrics, CAC, or funnel performance.
  • Familiarity with the APAC digital marketing landscape: SEA social platforms (TikTok, LINE, Zalo), aggregator channels, and market-specific consumer behaviour.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to SEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy and content programmes.
  • Experience running or supporting WhatsApp Business / conversational commerce campaigns.
  • Basic proficiency in Python or SQL for marketing data analysis (advantageous, not required).
